White-label

For TMCs →

No API on your side? We also accept trip data by email forwarding and CSV.

You build the experience. We run the travel.

Partners don’t need a travel desk. Everything behind a booking is on us.

  • Ticketing under our own IATA / ARC accreditation 10626195
  • 24/7 human support. Airline, hotel and general teams behind an AI first layer, for your users and theirs.
  • Changes, cancellations and refunds handled by our team, with conditions shown before the user commits.
  • Invoices with VAT for every booking, issued automatically.

Everything you can build on

Take a single module or the whole stack. Each one is available through the API, the MCP server, inside the product and its white-label — or several of these.

Built for

Give your clients self-booking and risk monitoring under your brand, your domain and your supplier contracts, without building them.

Multi-language, local currencies and payment methods, multiple legal entities.

Example

An agency gives its clients a self-booking tool under its own brand, and gives its own agents a live view of where every traveler is and what is happening there.

Let your users book travel inside your product. Trips and receipts land in their reports automatically.

Changes, cancellations and refunds are handled by our 24/7 team, not yours.

Example

A user of an expense platform books a trip without leaving it. The booking, its invoice and the receipt arrive in their expense report on their own.

Talk to us about your use case →

Add travel booking to your digital banking or card app. Every transaction arrives with the trip attached, and we run the travel operations behind it.

Ticketing under our IATA / ARC accreditation, 24/7 support and a VAT invoice for every booking.

Example

A business client books a flight inside their bank’s app. The bank keeps the customer and the card spend; we ticket, service and invoice the trip.

Talk to us about your use case →

Employees in your system get travel access with the right policy from day one.

Every traveler gets 24/7 support and duty of care on every trip.

Example

A new hire added in the HR system gets a Travel Code account with the policy of their role; when they leave, access closes with them.

Talk to us about your use case →

Trips and expenses arrive in your ledger as entries and bills, already coded.

Invoices carry VAT and the cost center, so they post without manual coding.

Example

Every trip shows up in the ERP as a journal entry and a vendor bill, with the cost center it was booked under.

Talk to us about your use case →

One MCP server gives your agent flights, hotels, orders and risk data, on behalf of a signed-in user.

Scoped OAuth tokens: the agent can do only what the user agreed to.

Example

An assistant in Claude or Cursor searches a flight, books it and checks the destination — as the user who signed in through OAuth, within that user’s policy.

How we work together

Per-booking fee, subscription, revenue share, or a mix of them. We pick the model with you based on how your users book.

White-label and API partnerships are priced individually. The Travel Code product itself has public flat pricing per company, not per seat. Pricing →

How to get started

  1. Book a demo

We go through your use case, pick the modules and set up your account.

  2. Get credentials

Your app registers as an OAuth 2.0 client with PKCE. Your users sign in with their Travel Code account and grant the scopes you ask for.

  3. Build against the docs

Everything is on apidocs.travel-code.com. Test access is available on request.

  4. Go live

We switch your integration to production with your users’ accounts.

Security

  • OAuth 2.0 with PKCE. Your app never sees a user’s password.
  • Scoped tokens. A token reads or changes only what the user agreed to — orders, expenses, approvals or travelers, each on its own scope.
  • The user’s own permissions. Calls act as the signed-in user, inside their company’s roles and travel policy.
  • SOC 2 Type II. Audited every year, plus GDPR.
  • Single sign-on. Sign in through your identity provider, or with passkeys.
  • Role-based access. Access closes when an employee leaves your HR system.

Trust Center

Security controls, policies and subprocessors — in one place for your security review.
